Digital Products
BananaRat Studio sells digital songwriting credits. All products are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Refund Eligibility
- Unused credit pack (no credits consumed), within 14 days of purchase: Full refund
- Partially used pack (some credits consumed): No refund — credits are consumed at point of generation
- Fully used pack: No refund
- Technical failure (composition fails due to a platform error): Credit restored to your account automatically
- Dissatisfaction with output: No refund — the service performed as described; you may regenerate using another credit
EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase under the Consumer Rights
Directive (2011/83/EU). However, by completing your purchase and initiating your first composition, you acknowledge that:
- Digital delivery begins immediately upon purchase.
- You waive your 14-day withdrawal right once any credit in the pack has been consumed.
This waiver is presented and accepted during checkout.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@maritimevintage.com with your order number. Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original
payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us, your account will be suspended pending
investigation. Repeated chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.
No Physical Shipping
All products are digital. There is no physical shipping, handling, or delivery timeline. Credits are available in your account
immediately after purchase.
